Anne Cornwall was an American dancer, singer, and actress whose career on stage and in motion pictures spanned over four decades, from her early work as a "chorus girl" in musical theatre in New York City in 1916 to her screen performances in starring roles, as supporting characters, and in bit parts from 1918 to 1960. Cornwall's credited and uncredited film appearances total no less than 72 productions, the great majority being released prior to 1930.
