Carsten Nørgaard

Carsten Nørgaard is a Danish actor. Norgaard was born in Frederiksberg, Denmark. He began his career playing the enigmatic Dolphin Man in the 1988 film The Fruit Machine. Norgaard also appeared in the Disney film D2: The Mighty Ducks (1994). Notable recent appearances include The Man in the High Castle, American Traitor: The Trial of Axis Sally, and Cobra Kai.
