Christian Serratos
Christian Serratos is an actor, born 1990.
Serratos started on Nickelodeon as Suzie Crabgrass on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, then spent the Twilight years as Angela Weber, the human friend who is mostly there to react to other people's news. Four films, very little to do in any of them.
The Walking Dead gave her the long job. Rosita Espinosa arrives as a soldier's girlfriend and gradually becomes the show's most practically capable survivor, and Serratos had years to build that shift rather than a scene or two. It is the kind of role television does well and film almost never offers.
Selena: The Series is the argument for her as a lead. Playing a real singer whose fans know every gesture is a trap, and the show around her is uneven, but the performance takes the job seriously: the stage work, the accent, the family dynamic. It remains a small filmography for someone with two long-running franchises behind her, which mostly reflects how much of her twenties those two shows took up.

Where to start with Christian Serratos
Selena: The Series first, because it is the only thing here that hands her the whole frame. Watch it for her rather than for the writing, which softens everything it touches.
The Walking Dead is the real body of work, and the useful thing is that Rosita changes: her early seasons give her almost nothing, the later ones give the show its most reliable pair of hands. If you are not going to watch a decade of television for one supporting arc, that is fair, and the character still rewards a search.
Twilight and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse are completist viewing, since Angela is background in both. Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide is where a whole generation first saw her, and it holds up as well as any mid-2000s Nickelodeon show does, which is to say fondly and not otherwise.
