David Vincent
David Vincent works in the part of the industry that almost never gets a face: English-language dubs of anime, and the booths of Japanese games looking for an American cast. He directs as well as performs, which matters, because a dub is mostly a directing problem.
His range is wider than the heavy-voiced-villain pigeonhole suggests. He is Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez in Bleach and Gilgamesh across Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night, which is the arrogant-god register he is best known for. He is also Senketsu in Kill la Kill, Marshall Law in the Tekken games, T. Hawk in Super Street Fighter IV, Richter Belmont in Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, and both Jin Kisaragi and Hakumen in BlazBlue. He voiced the male Robin in Fire Emblem Awakening and carried that performance into the Super Smash Bros. games and Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. He narrates JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, a job that needs an actor who can deliver an absurd sentence completely straight, and he turns up as a guest voice in Ghost in the Shell.

Where to start with David Vincent
A voice career this size mostly lives on other pages. What sits here is the Resident Evil corner. Take Resident Evil: Damnation first: it is the animated entry that leans hardest on its action set pieces, and it hands him two separate roles in one film.
RESIDENT EVIL: Infinite Darkness is the later CG series, slower and more political, and worth it chiefly if the games' conspiracy plotting is your thing. Do Over is a live-action outlier and a curiosity.
