Emmanuel Bilodeau

Emmanuel Bilodeau is a Quebec actor and comedian who won a Jutra for Soft Shell Man and a Gemeaux for playing Rene Levesque, which is roughly the equivalent of winning both major domestic awards for two very different registers. Almost none of the work travels outside francophone Canada, which is the usual fate of a Quebec career. He came up through Quebec stand-up before turning to drama in his thirties.
