She is the founder and chief creative officer (CCO) of the skincare brand Rhode, which was acquired by e.l.f. in a $1 billion deal. As a model, Bieber featured in campaigns for Guess, Ralph Lauren, and Tommy Hilfiger. In 2023, she was selected for the Forbes 30 under 30 list in the Art & Style category.
