Jennifer Landon
Jennifer Landon is an actor, born 1983.
Jennifer Landon, born in Malibu in 1983, built her first career in daytime television, playing Gwen Norbeck Munson on the CBS soap As the World Turns and winning three consecutive Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series. Daytime is a brutal training ground, pages a day at speed, and it shows in how quickly she can make a scene land.
The move into primetime was gradual and mostly supporting: Amy in Animal Kingdom, Sarah Allen in FBI: Most Wanted, a journalist in the political drama The Front Runner, Marla in I Spit on Your Grave III: Vengeance Is Mine, Young Cath in Brothers. Solid work, none of it the sort that changes a career.
Teeter did. She joined Yellowstone after the series was well underway, appearing from 2020 to 2024, and turned a bunkhouse ranch hand into one of the most quoted figures in a very crowded ensemble. The performance is broad, entirely deliberate, and built on a voice and a delivery that nobody else on the show attempts, which is exactly why it works: in a drama full of people speaking in measured threats, she is the one having a good time. It is the rare supporting part that gets bigger because the audience insists on it.

Where to start with Jennifer Landon
There is only one sensible starting point here, and the pleasure of Yellowstone is watching a small recurring part expand because a performer found something nobody else in the cast was doing. Teeter arrives as a bunkhouse hire and ends up as one of the show's signatures.
After that, Animal Kingdom is the better-written drama and gives her a colder register to work in, while FBI: Most Wanted is the procedural work, steady and unshowy. The Front Runner puts her in a serious ensemble film for a few scenes, and Brothers is the recent comedy. I Spit on Your Grave III: Vengeance Is Mine is a rape-revenge sequel and is exactly as grim as the title suggests, so go in knowing that or skip it entirely.
