Jessica Sula is an actor, born 1994.
Jessica Sula is Welsh, from Gorseinon outside Swansea, and landed the job most young British actors want: a place in the third generation of Skins, playing Grace Blood across 2011 and 2012. That show has launched a lot of careers and buried a few, and hers went to America almost immediately.
American television gave her leads without giving her a hit. She was Maddie Graham on Recovery Road from 2015 to 2016, Liv Reynolds on Scream: The TV Series, Natalie Williams on Panic in 2021, and Louise Hobbs in the western Godless, which is the best-made thing she has been in even though the part is small.
The films are horror and horror has been good to her. Marcia in Split is the highest-profile credit here, one of the three young women the film is built around, and Malum in 2023 is a straight genre lead. The role to watch for is still ahead: she is cast as LaToya Jackson in Michael, the 2026 biopic, which is a different order of visibility from anything above.

Where to start with Jessica Sula
Her generation of Skins is the third, generally the least admired of the three, so watch it for the cast rather than the writing. Sula's Grace is the character who grounds it, and the series remains the reason anyone found her.
Godless is the best show on this list by a distance, a limited western with a large cast, and worth watching whether or not you care about her. Split is the film everyone has seen, and she is one of the three at the centre of it.
After that: Recovery Road is a sincere teen drama that deserved a longer run, Malum is a nasty low-budget horror she carries, and Panic is a serviceable thriller. Scream: The TV Series is for slasher completists only, and Michael is the one to keep an eye on.
