Junichi Suwabe
Junichi Suwabe is an actor, born 1972.
Junichi Suwabe was born in Tokyo in 1972 and is affiliated with Haikyo. The whole career runs on one instrument: a low, slow, faintly amused voice that sounds like it is already several moves ahead and cannot be bothered to say so.
The two poles sit in two of the biggest series running. Ryomen Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen and Shota Aizawa in My Hero Academia are delivered at almost identical volume, unhurried and dismissive, and point in exactly opposite moral directions. That is the useful thing about him: he does not change the voice to signal which one you are dealing with, so the writing has to do the work, and the effect is far more interesting than the usual villain register. Archer in Fate/stay night, Grimmjow in Bleach, Yami Sukehiro in Black Clover, Aomine in Kuroko's Basketball, Leone Abbacchio in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Undertaker in Black Butler and Greed in the 2003 Fullmetal Alchemist are all cut from that cloth.
The exception, and the reason he has the audience he has, is Victor Nikiforov in Yuri on Ice, who is warm, silly and completely unguarded. It is the same voice with the armour off. He also works constantly in games, including Omega Zero in Mega Man Zero 3 and Sentinel Prime for Transformers, and the credit count runs past two hundred and fifty, which means he turns up in almost every large series of the last twenty years, often in a role you did not realise was him.

Where to start with Junichi Suwabe
Hear the voice properly in JUJUTSU KAISEN first. Sukuna is written as an overwhelming force and Suwabe plays him as someone mildly inconvenienced, which is much scarier and is the single best demonstration of the technique.
Then My Hero Academia for the inversion. Aizawa uses the same flat, tired delivery in service of a man who is quietly the most responsible adult in the show, and hearing those two within a week of each other is the fastest way to understand what he actually does.
Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] is the long-form version, a character built almost entirely out of tone. Yuri!!! on Ice is the one that will surprise you. Kuroko's Basketball and Black Clover are the crowd-pleasers. Bungo Stray Dogs contains his most restrained work, and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End shows he can still do menace in a show with almost no volume in it at all.
The villains and rivals
The register he is hired for most: someone extremely pleased with himself. Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen is the fullest version, and Record of Ragnarok and Solo Leveling both cast him the same way with rather less writing behind it.
The long-running series
The steady work. Aizawa in My Hero Academia is the interesting one, because it is the same low voice used for exhaustion rather than menace, and it carries several of that show's best episodes.
The best-made shows on his list
If you are picking by quality rather than by role, these are the ones. Frieren is the best-directed anime of recent years and Spy x Family is the most purely enjoyable. Unlimited Blade Works is the one long-time listeners bring up first.
