Kinna McInroe
One 1999 office comedy is doing most of the work on this page, and there is no shame in that: plenty of actors never appear in a film anyone quotes. McInroe plays Nina in Office Space, a small part in a picture that nobody watched in cinemas and everybody has seen since.
The credits around it are the honest shape of a working actor's decades. A Wal-Mart clerk in Where the Heart Is (2000), Olga in Dorm Daze 2, Candy in Elsewhere (2009), Patty in the revived Mad About You (2019), Mrs. Novotny in Honey Don't! (2025). Guest spots on television, features, direct-to-video work, and a great deal of short film, which is the part of an actor's output that never shows up in a filmography.
Since 2012 she has also narrated a run of online videos under the name Squirrel-Monkey, a steady stream of work that exists entirely outside the credit system, which is increasingly how this profession actually pays.

Where to start with Kinna McInroe
There is no argument to have about the starting point: Office Space. Nina is a supporting part in an ensemble comedy that has aged better than almost anything else from its year, and the performance is a good lesson in how a small recurring role becomes a running joke without the actor pushing.
After that the list rewards curiosity rather than planning. Where the Heart Is is the closest thing to a companion piece, another late-nineties studio film with her in the background. Honey Don't! is the recent one and the best-made film she has appeared in since.
Mad About You is a decent half-hour if you have affection for the original series, Elsewhere is the small independent thriller, and Dorm Daze 2 is strictly for completists.
