Where to start with Laura Sohn
The Blacklist is the only real option, and it comes with a caveat: you are joining a series already deep into its own mythology, and Alina Park is introduced as an outsider inside the unit, which conveniently makes her a decent surrogate for a new viewer.
Worth is the better film by a distance and the smaller role, a restrained drama about putting a number on a human life, with a cast doing quiet work. Watch it for the film rather than for her. Instinct is a footnote.
