Lou Ferrigno Jr.
Lou Ferrigno Jr. is an actor, born 1984.
Lou Ferrigno Jr. has spent most of his career in uniform. He joined the CBS reboot of S.W.A.T. in 2017 as Donovan Rocker and the ABC procedural 9-1-1 the following year as Tommy Kinard, which means he has been a fixture of two of network television's biggest first-responder franchises at the same time. That is a specific and fairly rare kind of working actor: physically credible enough to be believed carrying a door in, and steady enough to hold a recurring slot across many seasons without ever being the reason anyone tuned in.
Before the procedurals there was comedy. Jett Masterson on Nickelodeon's Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn is a teen-sitcom part, and he has turned up in Teen Wolf, How I Met Your Mother and The Rookie, none of which are among the credits listed here. Outer Banks used him as Ryan.
The film work is small and mostly action: Agent Jackson Jacobs in Blackout, David Gilligan in Impulse, Kip Werner in the comedy Guest House, Trent in Resisting Roots. Born in Los Angeles in 1984, he is at the stage where the television roles keep getting larger and the films have not caught up with them yet.

Where to start with Lou Ferrigno Jr.
S.W.A.T. gives him the most screen time and the clearest picture of what he does: Rocker is the team's muscle, and the show gradually finds him a personality underneath that. Start there for the procedural version.
9-1-1 is the more popular show and the one that has given him more to play, since Tommy Kinard has been used on and off across its run rather than parked in the background. Between the two, it is the better hour of television.
For everything else, Outer Banks is the highest-profile guest work, Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn is the Nickelodeon stretch and genuinely funny if you happen to be eleven, and Blackout is the streaming action title with the biggest cast around him. Guest House, Impulse and Resisting Roots are for completists.
