Luis Moncada
Luis Moncada is an actor, born 1977.
Luis Moncada, born in Honduras in 1977, is known for one thing, and it is a very good thing. He and his brother Daniel play the Salamanca cousins, Leonel and Marco, on Breaking Bad and later Better Call Saul, with Luis as Marco. The pair are cast as matched twins, near-wordless and interchangeable, which is a small joke on the audience given that Luis is three years the elder.
The rest of the list is short and consistent, and the character names do most of the talking: Scar Thug in Fast & Furious, Casper in Bright, Lala in In Plain Sight, Shyboy in K-11, Gnomo Pinzeta in Gang Related, Oso in Days of Wrath. That is a career of being hired for a face and a presence rather than for pages of dialogue, and he is genuinely effective at it.
The exception, and the one that suggests there is more available, is Key & Peele, where he turns up as Roberto and gets to be funny on purpose rather than by accident. Nine catalog credits is a small body of work. One of them is unimprovable.

Where to start with Luis Moncada
Breaking Bad is the answer and there is no second answer. The Cousins turn up and the show becomes tenser whenever they are on screen, largely because Moncada and his brother do almost nothing at all.
Better Call Saul is the follow-up and the better showcase, since the prequel has room to give the pair actual scenes rather than pure dread. Watch them in that order regardless of chronology.
Beyond that, Key & Peele is the one to seek out for contrast, and Bright and In Plain Sight round out the heavy roles if you want the complete picture. Gang Related is for completists only.
