Lyndie Greenwood
Lyndie Greenwood is an actor, born 1983.
Lyndie Greenwood is a Canadian actress from Toronto who works at the level television depends on and rarely rewards: the recurring player promoted because the audience decided they liked her.
Her first notable job was Sonya on Nikita, the tech specialist inside Division, which is the kind of part that exists to explain the plot until somebody notices the actor is doing more with it than the script asked. That led to Jenny Mills on Sleepy Hollow, a series regular role and a much better fit: a woman with a grudge, a weapons cache and visibly the least patience of anyone on that show for its own mythology. In 2019 she joined The Expanse as Dr. Elvi Okoye, a biologist on a planet that does not want people on it, and the part suits her precisely, brittle and exacting and far more interested in the data than in the drama around it.
Since 2021 she has worked steadily in Hallmark movies. That is a real and unglamorous career, and none of those films are among the credits listed here.

Where to start with Lyndie Greenwood
Go to Sleepy Hollow first, and to the early seasons specifically, because Jenny is the character the show keeps underestimating and Greenwood keeps overdelivering on. She is the reason a fairly silly premise holds together as long as it does.
The Expanse is by some distance the better show, but her arc starts late in it, so it makes a poor first stop for her and an excellent one for everything else. Nikita is the origin point, worth it if you like your spy television glossy and quick. S.W.A.T. and Sundays at Tiffany's are small parts, completists only.
