Mariel Hemingway is an American actress, author, and mental health activist. She made her film debut at age 14 with a Golden Globe Award-nominated part in Lipstick (1976). For her performance in Woody Allen's Manhattan (1979), Hemingway received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
