British television has a well-worn path that runs from school drama to everything else, and Noi walked it. Where to start with Reece Noi
Given what is listed here, Four Lions is the place to begin. It is the best film in the group by a wide margin, and even in a small part he pitches himself inside its register, which is harder than it looks when the comedy is this deadpan.
After that, Hit & Miss is the most interesting television: a bleak and oddly tender northern crime drama that lasted one series and deserved more. Silk is a straightforwardly good legal procedural with a proper appetite for courtroom argument, and The Mysterious Benedict Society is the family-friendly outlier, useful if there are children in the room.
