Tim Dillon
Most people who know Tim Dillon's work have never watched him act. He is a stand-up comedian and podcaster, host of The Tim Dillon Show, where he talks over the news, politics and popular culture in a satirical register that has done far more for his profile than any screen credit.
The film and television parts collected here are what that profile buys: small, often comic, usually a couple of scenes. He is an Arkham guard in Joker: Folie a Deux, Manny in the slasher Thanksgiving, a hibachi chef voice in the adult animation Royal Crackers, a panelist on Lights Out with David Spade, and a manager in the comedy Busboys. It is the modern comedian's filmography, assembled sideways out of a podcast audience rather than out of auditions.
Whether any of it turns into a real acting career is an open question. Nothing on this page asks him to carry a scene on anything except the delivery he already had.

Where to start with Tim Dillon
Screen work is the smaller half of the story here, so calibrate accordingly. Thanksgiving is the best use of him, a mainstream slasher where a comedian in a supporting part gets to sound like an actual person, and horror is a genre in which a recognizable voice in a small role lands.
Joker: Folie à Deux puts him in a much bigger film for much less time, which is the trade most podcast comedians take. Royal Crackers is the natural fit, since adult animation is where that delivery does not need a face attached. Lights Out with David Spade is him doing what he is genuinely best at, riffing at a desk with no character in the way. Busboys is the recent one.
