Victoria Anderson was Dr. London Blake on Open Heart and Queen Titania on The Other Kingdom, neither of which appears among the credits listed here, and Evie on the short-lived CW series No Tomorrow.
The role that mattered was Kate Whistler on NCIS: Hawaii, which she played from 2021 until the show's cancellation in 2024. Whistler was a rare thing on a network procedural: a recurring queer relationship treated as ordinary rather than as an event, and Anderson played it with exactly the flatness the format needs, letting the personal life sit underneath the case work instead of interrupting it. Where to start with Tori Anderson
Four seasons on one show is the bulk of it, so NCIS: Hawaiʻi is the honest start: a competent, sunlit network procedural where her recurring role gathered a following out of all proportion to its size. Begin a season or two in rather than at the pilot.
Killjoys is the better series, a scrappy Canadian space bounty-hunter show with far more personality than budget, and worth the time whether or not you came for her. No Tomorrow is the lost one, a high-concept romantic comedy that deserved longer. Blindspot is a fine way to see her in network-thriller mode. Return to Christmas Creek and Killing Daddy sit at opposite ends of the television-movie scale, one cocoa and one lurid, and both are precisely what they advertise.
