A Good Woman is a 1985 Chinese-language drama movie directed by Huang Jian-Zhong, with a running time of 1h 50m. It stars Cong Shan, Zhang Weixin and Wang Jiayi.
Xingxian is a 18 year old girl who finds herself engaged to a 8 year old boy. When a young man her age comes to town, she falls in love. They eventually elope and she become the first girl from her village to break the tradition of arranged marriage.
