La Pola (2010)
La Pola is a 2010 Spanish-language mystery series created by Sergio Cabrera. It stars Carolina Ramírez, Ana María Estupiñán and Emmanuel Esparza.
Amidst the struggle for Colombian independence, Policarpa Salavarrieta defies Spanish power and the prejudices of her time. Her forbidden love for Alejo, a young Spaniard, becomes intertwined with the revolution, confronting her with dilemmas between her heart and her country.
