Mark Twain's Library of Humor is a 1888 american wit and humor book written by Mark Twain and W. L. Alden.
Samuel L. Clemens (Mark Twain) was born at Hannibal, Mo., in 1835, and after serving an apprenticeship to the printing business in his brother's office there, "learned the river," as pilot.
