My Ghosts Go Ghost is the debut studio album by American experimental hip-hop duo By Storm. It was released on January 30, 2026, through deadAir Records. Following the death of Stepa J. Groggs in 2020 and the release of By the Time I Get to Phoenix (2021), surviving members RiTchie and Parker Corey disbanded Injury Reserve, before debuting as By Storm with the single, "Double Trio", in 2023. The duo began working on new material following their final Injury Reserve tour in late 2022.
