the Psychic Academy is a Japanese seinen manga series written and illustrated by Katsu Aki. It was published by Kodansha in Magazine Z between 1999 and 2003. An anime ONA adaptation was producekd by E.G. Films in 2002. Both the manga and anime have been licensed in North America by Tokyopop.
