The title is taken from a line in the song "On an Island". It has been released on both DVD and Blu-ray formats. The DVD version came out 17 September 2007 in the UK, Europe and Australia, and on 18 September 2007 in the US and Canada. The Blu-ray version was released on 20 November 2007. These were David Bowie's final performances in the UK before his death in 2016.
