Center Stage is a 1991 Chinese-language drama movie directed by Stanley Kwan Kam-Pang, with a running time of 2h 35m. It stars Maggie Cheung, Tony Leung Ka-fai and Ronald Chin Han.
Based on the tragic true story of China's first prima donna of the silver screen, Ruan Lingyu, chronicling her rise to fame as a movie actress in Shanghai during the 1930s.
