Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Firestorm (2024)
Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Firestorm is a 2024 real time strategy (rts) video game made by Westwood Studios.
The Second Tiberium War opens on a world the Tiberium is slowly eating. Kane, the messianic leader of the Brotherhood of Nod, returns stronger than ever to face GDI, the planet's coalition war machine. This is the darker, near-future turn for Command & Conquer: mutated wastelands, walking mech units, and ion storms rolling across the map. You pick a banner and fight the campaign out mission by mission, harvesting resources and massing armies against an enemy with its own charismatic true believer at the helm. The Firestorm expansion carries the war further still.

A few thoughts on Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Firestorm
The driving, industrial score is half of Tiberian Sun's identity, so Command & Conquer: Red Alert is worth queuing: Frank Klepacki's Red Alert soundtrack is the same restless, metal-edged sound that scores these Nod-versus-GDI campaigns. Play the missions, then let the music run on its own and hear where the mood came from.
Dystopian sci-fi worlds at war
Kane's mutated, Tiberium-choked future is grim and unforgettable, and these worlds share that diseased-tomorrow atmosphere. Corrupted science, warring factions, and skies you would not want to breathe under set the mood. If Tiberian Sun's bleak beauty is the draw, these carry the same poisoned air.
Long, story-rich campaigns worth the hours
Tiberian Sun is a war you commit to, mission after mission, and these games reward that same patience with sprawling arcs and hard-won payoffs. Expect deep worlds, memorable leads, and the satisfaction of seeing a long fight all the way through. Clear your schedule before you start any of them.
Command sprawling worlds of your own
The joy of Tiberian Sun is seeing a whole theater bend to your plan. These open worlds hand you the same sense of dominion, whether you are carving up a city or a kingdom, with the original Red Alert score along for the march. Take the map and make it yours.
