Super Fly is the third studio album by American soul musician Curtis Mayfield, released on July 11, 1972, by Curtom Records as the soundtrack for the blaxploitation film of the same name. The album was Mayfield's first full soundtrack, and his third solo effort since leaving the Impressions. Super Fly was a commercial success, peaking at number 1 on the Billboard Top 200 and selling over 500,000 copies in the United States, with an estimated 1.5 million sold in total.
